Anne Faggionato launched her first art gallery in 1979 in 12 Duke Street, London. In 1987 she renamed her gallery as Grob Gallery and moved to the present location in 20 Dering Street, in Mayfair, London. The design of the new gallery was commissioned to architect Arata Isozaki. In 1995 she became the sole proprietor of the gallery and renamed it as “Anne Faggionato”.
As an art dealer Anne Faggionato specialised in Modern and Contemporary paintings, sculpture and works on paper, having sold works by Matisse, Picasso, Warhol, Whiteread and Damien Hirst among others.
