balzer art projects has been officially open since 2010 and has moved into larger premises in September 2013. It is a gallery for contemporary art, committed to presenting intellectually challenging and culturally relevant exhibitions. We feature work from young and mid-career artists with growing international reputations. Most often, our goal is not to curate a coherent whole, but to test one’s cultural and aesthetic assumptions, artistic strategies and cultural frameworks. balzer art projects strives to accomplish an interaction between artists and an interested public. We also work closely with other international galleries, and show in international art fairs to provide our artists a global platform.
